By providing adequate warm up, stretching and conditioning exercises in addition to technique drills, we make our classes an opportunity to regenerate and restore some of that lost energy and peace of mind. We also know that adults and older teens are unique individuals in many ways, with their own habits and value systems firmly established. People learn best when they’re in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. That’s why at Team Tiger Martial Arts classes are conducted professionally, in a friendly manner, focusing on the skills you will need to learn. Our adult martial arts classes improve overall health by providing a great workout that releases stress while teaching self-defense techniques in a positive environment.
